Temperature Controllers and Recorders

A complete range of single and multi loop controllers are available with advanced features such as scrolling message display, graphical wiring and industry specific functions such as Melt Pressure, Furnace and gas control.

Standard options including Comms, I/O, Alarm and mounting options provide the flexibility needed for virtually any process control application.

Programmable Automation Controllers

Eurotherm has brought innovation in simplicity to this latest automation product. The T2550 is a high performance process solution offering extremely cost effective redundancy options, making high availability viable to more of your plant.

The control unit and I/O system form the basis of a complete distributed control environment capable of continuous analog, logic and sequence control. Hot swap modules, auto I/O build functionality, a personality flash card and an intuitive tool set all make the T2550 simple to use, install, engineer and upgrade.

Fitted with E-Sync technology, engineering a high availability solution with redundant processors and networking couldn’t be simpler.

Graphic Recorders

The 6000 series fits a wide spectrum of applications and provides unrivalled input accuracy with a 125ms total sample rate for up to 48 input channels.

The Touch screen display allows the 6000 series to replace many traditional chart recorders such as circular and strip charts plus has the ability to develop user defined custom graphic screens.

Ethernet comms, flexible I/O (which can be added to at any time) and tamper resistant data storage make the 6000 series ideal for regulated industries such as Life Sciences or advanced data logger applications.

The 6000 series can also be supplied as “comms master only” to allow connection to a T2550 type controller - a powerful front end interface!

Batch functionality, Security Manager, Email/SMS capability, Auditor Features plus Report, Trend and Remote connection software options make the 6000 series a stand-out in graphic data storage applications.   

SSD Variable Speed Drives

The SSD Drive range from Eurotherm provide a complete range of cost effective DC and AC models with the sort of features you will only find from more expensive systems.

DC Range

From simple and economic analog DC motor speed controllers through to the advanced digital 590 series, Eurotherm can provide the DC motor control solutions thought only possible with AC drives.

With powerful “CE Lite” programming software, the power of DC drives can provide additional control functionality without the need to employ expensive PLC automation. – use the power of the drive instead!

Optional plug-in “tech boxes” allow additional I/O or comms to be added to most DC (and AC) drives – allowing future flexibility and communications to other drives, SCADA systems and HMI screens.

AC Range

From 250W to 1.2MW, the AC Driverange Drive range from Eurotherm provides stability and high torque across a wide speed range.

Using the same drives configuration software as the DC family, the extensive control library can be graphically programmed to give very powerful control strategies – from single motor speed control through to the most sophisticated, integrated multi-drive systems.

Additional Control Hardware and Software

      TS8000 HMI Screens

TS8000 HMI Touch Screens offer easily configured operator screens for all process applications. Multiple comms ports allow connection to multiple devices – Drives, PLC’s, Controllers, serial, Ethernet.

Free issue software allows full featured HMI screens to be developed and downloaded direct to the screen. Alarms, Email and Web Server are just some of the standard features, plus “C-Based” scripting language to allow custom programming.

Thyristors

Eurotherm Thyristors provide accurate power control for a wide range of industrial, single and three phase loads. Typical applications include, Heat Treatment, Furnaces, Plastic Extrusion, Glass production and forming, Ceramics, Automotive and Aerospace.

Eurotherm Suite software

Project Developer / Project Studio

Developed by Eurotherm and designed to simplify the configuration and visualization of Eurotherm flexible solutions.

For systems using multiple devices, the project developer provides additional tools to manage all elements of a project solution. The physical plant model, tags, I/O assignment, alarm groups, display and data security are entered via appropriate displays and stored in a central relational database.

The suite of tools provides a configuration, test, documentation and commissioning tool for all LIN based instruments (Local Instrument Network). Graphical configuration for continuous control and sequencing control using IEC61131-3 languages such as function block configuration, sequential function charts

(SFCs) and ladder logic allows creation of actions and steps.

Process Viewer

Using Process Viewer, Eurotherm offers ‘unique levels of system integration’ within a low-cost HMI/SCADA solution that can display and control across all of Eurotherm’s product range.

We meet this requirement by linking Wonderware’s world leading InTouch HMI with Eurotherm’s iTools/EuroMBUS technology and LINtools/LINOPC to provide a solution that is very cost-effective.

This package provides Wonderware InTouch as a true graphical front end to the Eurotherm iTools Modbus OPC server providing standard and easy to configure displays for all Eurotherm products supporting Modbus communications.

Information Manager

The EurothermSuite Information Manager provides system connectivity between the LIN control network (via ARCnet and Ethernet) and the business environment.

Enterprise clients systems can be distributed across multiple geographical and organisational boundaries, whilst maintaining access to any process value via the Process Viewer or Information Manager.

This structure allows applications to be distributed across the network and removes the need to duplicate data within each node.

The Information Manager combines the power and flexibility of a relational database with the speed and compression of a real-time historian package, allowing integration between office and plant floor.

The Information Server embeds Microsoft SQL Server™, providing universal data access, a powerful relational engine and tight integration with other Microsoft applications.

Engineers, maintenance managers and plant operators can view, analyse and present real-time, historical and alarm information using Incuity^TM client applications.
